If you are bringing Children (0-6th Grade) to attend Nursery or Children's Sunday school, please DO NOT register them up for a seat in the Sanctuary. There is a separate section in this form to list your child's name/age for Nursery/Sunday school. 

While childcare (Sunday School/Nursery) are available, Children are welcome to stay with you in the service if you prefer.
