Communication Form

Instructions:

A Request Form is needed for any new content and/or changes to existing content, media, etc.

Upon submission, this form will automatically be sent to Sam Hastings and Cary Diaz. You will also receive a copy.

This will help ensure that all jobs are well communicated and completed within a reasonable time frame.

Deadlines:

Tuesdays @ 5:00 PM - Website, Social Media, Announcement Slides, Mid-Week News, Great Room Displays/Sign-ups, Bulletin Happenings, Event Calendar

Please note that TLUMC reserves the right to publish or not publish all articles. TLUMC also reserves the right to edit all submissions for content and space. TLUMC does not publish any “for profit” events.
