Welcome to Tri-Lakes United Methodist Church. We hope you’ll take the opportunity to explore all the ministries and opportunities for worship, learning, growth, and service in these pages, and then we hope you will join us for worship either in person at one of our three Sunday services or online on our YouTube channel.
As a church grounded in the Methodist tradition, we value scriptural teaching, intentional disciple-making, gracious hospitality, and neighborhood service. Our mission is to build up followers of Jesus Christ who love and serve God and neighbor through acts of worship, devotion, compassion, and service. We would love to welcome you at a service sometime soon!
Please take a moment to watch our Mission Statement Video.
9:30 AM Service:
The music in this service is more modern and is led by our worship band. You can expect to see many people dressed casually and sipping coffee as they enter. During the school year parents may drop their children in Sunday school as early as 9:25. During the summer we offer Children's Worship at both services. Children are excused for Children's Worship after the opening song set.
11:30 AM Service:
The music in this service is more traditional and accompanied by organ music. We sing from the hymnal a few times during the service. During the summer we offer Children's Worship at both services. Children are excused for Children's Worship after the opening hymn.
All services serve communion each week. Everyone is welcome to take communion from the Lord's table.
Children and youth Sunday school classes are available during the 9:30 service. Children meet in the Faith Forest (Wesley Hall) and youth meet in the classrooms on the lower level of the building. Nursery care is available for ages 0-4 at all three services. Please visit our Children and Youth pages for more information.
Summer: During the summer we offer Youth Sunday school at 9:30 AM. We do not offer Sunday school for children during the summer, but Children's Worship is available at both services. Children are excused for Children's Worship after the opening song set or opening hymn.
We hope you come to church in whatever makes you feel comfortable. We care more about you and your relationship with Jesus than what you look like. Our only request is that you do wear clothes :-)
We have a large parking lot with plenty of space. New Visitor Parking is marked with signs towards the front of the building. Our Welcome Desk is located right as you walk in the door. Please stop by to check in and get more information!
As you enter one of the services an usher will hand you a weekly bulletin. Please let an usher know if you have special seating needs such as a wheelchair or hearing aid. During the first part of service ushers will pass out red attendance books. Please complete the attendance form inside so we know you stopped by! You can also fill out the connection card, located in your bulletin. If you have a prayer request, this is also located in the bulletin. We hope you enjoy our church community and we look forward to seeing you soon!
