If you are bringing Children (Ages Birth - 4) to attend Nursery please DO NOT register them up for a seat in the Sanctuary. There is a separate section in this form to list your child's name/age for Nursery.

While childcare (Nursery) is available, Children are welcome to stay with you in the service if you prefer.
